Terms of Service

Commissions are for personal use only. PFPs, Banners, things along those lines are also personal and shouldn't be used for profit. If you want to use something for commerical/profit, there will be an extra charge.

I own all rights to my artwork. Do not put my art through AI engines. I usually post commisisons and will add them to my portfolio specifcally as a commission.

Listed prices are base prices, they could increase/decrease depending on the complexity and what you want. They usually won't increase by more than ~5 USD.

I have the right to decline any commission, whether I feel like I can't complete it or if I feel like it violates what I will/won't do or if it violates my T.O.S.
- Please provide reference images or reference material for characters/what you want me to draw. You do not need to provide pose reference unless you want to.

Reposting and sharing artwork is allowed! All I ask is that you credit @fishwithnoi / @fishwithnoeye / @fshgoesfishing

Money
- I take Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo.
- If you commission me through Ko-Fi, you will have a 5% fee added to compensate for their platform fee.
- I will take half of the money upfront, and then take the other half once I finish the art.
- If I do not have the time to finish the piece, I will refund the half that was paid upfront. (This is rare, as I will be able to finish most things, but this is a just-in-case, a worst case scenario)
- Process
- I will do several sketches, you can choose which of them you like best for me to contiue with.
- I will send you sketches and (depending on what you commission) a flat color update.
- Refunds will not be provided after the sketches/flat color is approved (see point no.4 under money for the exception to this)
- You can request any changes before I start shading, which is after I send the flatcolor update.
- After I begin finalizing the artwork, requests for changes might be denied depending on how easy it is to do it without having to change things.
- Once the piece is fully finished, I will email you a full resolution .png so it is the best quality.
- I will send two versions, an unwatermarked version for PERSONAL USE and a watermarked version for POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA. Again, I ask if you share it and repost it, that you credit me.

Lined art, plain and simple
10-15 USD (Base price, could go up depending on what is wanted.)
